The Journey Begins Many years ago, Arianna Niccola Smith and her closest friends discovered a magical place for tea. They were captivated by the experience and it soon became their favorite spot for special occasions. Arianna then shared this delightful experience with her mother Claudia and sisters Shannon and Lisa, together enjoying the haven for quiet conversations, where afternoons slipped away unnoticed. The concept of tea resonated so deeply with Claudia and her daughters that they began dreaming of opening their own tea house. However, they needed to convince Allan, the father and husband, who initially had no interest in the idea. Reluctantly, he was dragged along and soon realized the merits and uniqueness of the tea concept. The Niccola family quickly recognized the significance of creating a place where people could forge meaningful relationships. They envisioned a special, serene setting where guests could enjoy each other's company. In today's stress-filled society, such a place would be truly exceptional, relevant, and healing. The journey continued as the family embarked on finding the perfect location with the support of numerous family members and friends. Today, we stand proudly, staying true to our original mission statement: "Building relationships, one cup at a time…" Though times have changed and years have passed, the dream lives on through Damian, the Niccola's grandson, who has been involved from the very beginning. Our cocktail menu leans heavily towards time appropriate spirits – Rye and Bourbon Whiskey along with Gin, but we offer the full range of familiar spirits. We pride ourselves on custom cocktail craftsmanship and will make a drink tailored to your preference based on a few questions and your direction. WALK INS ONLY Seating for the bar is by walk in only based upon availability. We kindly ask that parties are limited to 8 per group and that you keep your visit to two hours or less so we can make welcome other guests in our limited space. In December 2017, we opened our doors here in the Temecula Valley. After having success at our sister restaurant, 1909 (a gastropub located in Old Town Temecula), we decided to take on a fun and new adventure in the breakfast world creating made-from-scratch dishes and offering local coffees & teas, craft beer and unique cocktails.
