We opened Tasty Noodle House with the belief that using fresh and wholesome ingredients from the start makes for the best tasting food. Our dishes are made with just the right blend of Western and Chinese flavors and spices. Johnny Pan, the founder of Tasty Noodle House, credits much of what we serve today to what he learned in his childhood cooking with his mother, a trained and first-rate chef in Shanghai. Ten years ago, we opened our first store in Hacienda Heights with 12 tables and heaps of noodles, pork buns, and some dumplings (of course). We made all our dumplings and buns by hand in our kitchen, and our noodles were made-to-order, fresh, and delivered twice a week by a local noodle company. Our noodles are always fresh, made with eggs, flour, and no artificial flavors or chemicals. Five years later, after a lot of hard work and a bit of luck, we opened four more locations and our own kitchen facility to make consistently delicious buns and dumplings to supply each of our locations daily. Hello! My name is Nina :) I’m a professional tattoo artist operating out of Adorn Uptown Body Art in the beautiful Uptown Village neighborhood of Vancouver, WA. Motivated by my deep love for the arts, I studied and completed a degree in Fine Arts before learning to tattoo, and I’ve been tattooing for about 5 years now! I specialize in black and gray realistic/surrealistic tattooing, with occasional bold color accents. Although my focus is on realism most often, I also love to experiment with mixing styles, and many of my pieces have abstract or graphic elements. I absolutely love tattooing, and I consider myself so lucky to have this career, and to get to share my time with the incredible people I meet in the studio everyday. I truly value making connections with my clients, and I feel that tattooing provides an wonderful opportunity to get to know, and be an active part of my community. I’m also so grateful to be a part of a process of self expression which can bring positivity into the relationship that people have with their bodies. My practice is fundamentally rooted in professionalism, cleanliness, and collaborative artistry.
