We started out in Santee, California, a suburb of San Diego in 1978. Don Chema Barajas with his wife, Maria, and very young family began a journey of Mexican Food excellence that continues to this day. As a Family, we have 17 locations spread out throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties, and we are proud that we are seeing a Third Generation of Taco Shop Entrepreneurs continuing with the grandsons and granddaughters of Don Chema and his wife Maria.
