Her undergraduate studies earned her a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of Redlands. Along her educational journey she has taken two, 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, the first with Troy McPeak in Unified Yoga, and the second with Kelley Doyle in Prana Vinyasa.
