Integrity and Honesty in the repairs they did to our car. We brought in our son's car for repairs and they gave us an estimate of the work that needed to be performed, which I approved. 3 hours later they called me up and said one of the items that they thought needed fixing did not need to be fixed and the car was done. The work ended up costing 1/2 of what they told me and they called me to tell me why they didn’t need to do that repair which saved us $600. We are customers for life because we have been looking for an honest car repair team. Also, the entire team we worked with was fun to work with and great people!
