In order for California Balloons By Roxy the store, to inflate balloons with helium balloons must be purchased at our physical storefront location. This means, if you purchased various mylar and or latex balloons, at a place that was not California Balloons By Roxy, we are unable to inflate them, due to store policy and product liability.

In addition to this policy, if you need your products that were purchased at California Balloons By Roxy to be inflated for a later date that is not the date the product was purchased , please let an employee know and product must be kept in store, until pickup date. Once a product exits the store, it is now considered an outside product , to which we cannot take back to inflate in store.
