Big Future Preschool

Big Future Preschool is a private independent program created to employ emerging research findings on early childhood development and effective early childhood instruction. Our goal is to provide high-quality early childhood education that nurtures children’s cognitive, emotional, physical and social development. We are adhering to advanced academic standards in the subjects of reading, language, and mathematics by immersing children into the areas of the arts as well as science and technology. We use a teacher-directed balance of child-initiated, free-choice activities and intentional, teacher-directed instruction.

Our program is based upon the standards defined by the Preschool Learning Foundation from the California Department of Education. The curriculum is coordinated with local kindergarten instruction and applies researched strategies to prepare children for the transition to the classroom. Attention to appropriate work and play helps children develop socially and emotionally.
