O’Connell has represented other investment and business groups through the administrative law process of TUPS, CUPS, administration hearings and appeals. From 1999-2005, John P. O’Connell acted as in-house counsel and principal in various commercial projects including real estate development and construction in Orange County, Riverside County, Kern County, San Diego County and Mexico.
