With my friends, we used to pick fruits from my garden and made a tart or a cake with our bounty. Every summer, I loved to make the raspberry sauce to go with my mom's apple crumble tart. My Mom and Dad hosted a lot of dinners, so I have always been surrounded by good cooking, quality food, and many memorable moments with friends. As I transitioned into civilian life and pondered my next steps, unexpectedly, I discovered the captivating sport of pickleball. What began as a mere hobby swiftly transformed into a crucial outlet for navigating the challenges of adapting to civilian life.
