Dave Wilson moved to Temecula in 1991 to serve as the opening Director of Sales and Marketing for a brand-new area hotel. At that time the entire Temecula Valley consisted of ~27,000 residents (compared to over 600,000 today), ONE stoplight and seven wineries. That same year, partnering with the then Executive Director of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, they created the valley’s first tourism committee, Dave chairing the initial two years. This committee ultimately segued to today’s non-profit “Visit Temecula Valley”. Two factors crystalized his awareness of the opportunities to come and were key in Dave’s decision to take the plunge and step away from the corporate world to follow his dream to be an entrepreneur. A tourism project he spearheaded as committee chair reinforced his awareness of the amazing mix (even at that very early stage) and breadth of area attributes attractive to visitors such as the valley’s distinct scenery and topography, weather, historical significance and area activities including golf, wine tasting and outdoor recreation. About Us & Pricing TL Custom Cakes & Desserts is a licensed home bakery in Murrieta, CA (Riverside County PR0088438). We specialize in custom floral buttercream cakes for weddings and special events. We also provide services for catering special occasions and corporate events. All cakes are priced at $10 per serving including cake and design (delivery is separate). The minimum order for cakes is $275, and for cupcakes is $240. We do not offer sheet cakes however, we recommend choosing large rounds or squares to bring servings up to guest count requirements as needed. All desserts are priced at $10 per person, which includes three mini-bite desserts per person. The minimum order for catering is $750 Delivery is $50 within a 10-mile radius of my home in Murrieta, CA. If additional miles are needed, we charge $2 per round-trip mile. We service the following counties: Riverside, San Diego, Orange, and some parts of Los Angeles. Please provide your delivery address in your inquiry so a quote can be given. For cakes that are larger than 2 tiers, delivery is required. Cake tastings are $100 for an 8-piece box set. Single flavors are $13 each. Dessert tasting boxes are $125 for the entire tasting menu (This is a special order item that requires an inquiry submission).
