Black Sheep Yoga is Oceanside’s community yoga studio. We offer yoga classes accessible to everyone, and we intend to help people reconnect to themselves. Black Sheep offers yoga for all levels, never taking yoga too seriously and always adding fun and creative classes like Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa with Singing Sound Healing Savasana, Yoga Sculpt, and a fusion class called “YinYang Yoga”. Bunasawa-Kai Judo/Jiu jitsu/MMA/Self-Defense organization was founded in 1972 by Nori Bunasawa, 9th-dan and founder of Jukkendo. Bunasawa kai dojo is a friendly environment that is open to all age groups located at the Higashi Honganji Temple in Costa Mesa California. Sensei Bunasawa has dedicated his life to perfecting and teaching the art of judo. He is a former all Japan weight limit judo champion and 1975 U.S. world team coach with over 45 years of teaching experience. Sensei Bunasawa is a Kodokan judo 9th-dan and the youngest grandmaster in California. He studied at Waseda University in Japan, under Yoshimi Osawa, Kodokan 10th-dan, Masahiko Kimura and Kenji Tomiki, founder of Tomiki-Akido.
