Chris Rice began SellForFlatFee.com to give sellers a full service real estate option for a fraction of the cost. There was a time when the traditional 5-6% commission model made sense. Today however, the process of selling a home has changed and homeowners deserve a more affordable option. He performed all of the traditional marketing activities used by many other successful real estate agents.
