We are a family working together to create Green Deli, a restaurant that offers healthy, fresh, homemade style dishes and drinks. We opened Green Deli on January 4th of 2019 with a lot of hopes, expecting to offer a new concept to Temecula and its surroundings. We believe in using high quality, natural ingredients when preparing our food. Everything is made fresh at the time of order and served with a smile. We love what we do! That's the most important factor that makes a difference in what we provide. We specialize in "Tortas" which are a Mexican style sandwich. Our bread, known as "birote" is baked freshly for us. Then we add high quality meat and fresh sliced veggies to create the very best Torta! We also prepare agua frescas, which are natural, fresh fruit blended with refreshing cold water. All of our drinks (smoothies, juices, raspados, agua fresca) are made with fruit and/or veggies and no artificial syrups. We are a truly natural juice bar. We also have a special selection of coffee beans with a unique custom blend of dark roast from Central and South America. All 237 acres of Estate vineyards are 100% CCOF certified organic. Twenty different grape varieties are planted on the steepest southern-facing slopes on our property, with ideal southern sun exposure and an elevation reaching 1,950 feet. The certified organic Estate vineyards makes up only a small piece of the Halter Ranch estate. We are dedicated to preserving a diverse environment and mitigating the effects of a monoculture. With less than 10% of our property dedicated to farming and building development, the remainder is left to the natural landscape, which includes oak woodland and migratory wildlife corridors.
