About State Street Farmers Market We are open every Wednesday starting at 2:30 pm. The State Street Farmers' Market is a fresh-air grocery store focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, eggs, nuts, and honey. And yes, even fresh flowers and plants. There are plenty of artisan food vendors to round out your shopping experience, including bread, granola, yogurt, bone broth, kombucha, fudge, cookies, etc. State Street Farmers' Market is proud to keep farmers farming and provide Carlsbad with fresh, high-quality food and products not easily found in traditional grocery stores.
