About Us Our slogan is "Quality materials, expert installation, and value pricing" We are a full-service flooring retailer. Our main clientele is the large retirement community of Sun City. Seniors are often looked at as easy targets by some who are looking to make a quick sale, and that has made many in the community wary of doing business with anyone that uses high-pressure tactics. We try to cultivate our place in the community as a provider for their flooring needs now and in the future, and not in pursuit of a quick, one-time transaction. Customers shop with us because they are in need of some variant of flooring. Our knowledge of the industry and the products we have available give us a real leg-up against our competitors. I have been in the orbit of this industry my entire life, and my father has been in flooring for going on 40 years. We started the business in the summer of 2008. Most will agree that year was probably the least hospitable year in memory for commercial enterprise. Ours was a genesis of necessity; flooring stores were closing everywhere, and, as a flooring contractor, we needed to generate business any way we could. The first few years were very rough. Weeks would go by when we saw only a handful of customers walk through our doors. As we generated more and more of a foothold in the local community, we started to receive references from previous clients, and that got us through the tumultuous economy into which we first opened our doors. Dr. Jeff Prais is a native of Southern California and grew up right here in Southwest Riverside County in Temecula. After graduating from Temecula Valley High, he spent the next eight years in the Bay Area completing his education. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California at Berkeley and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) in 2005. After graduation, Dr. Prais decided to return to his hometown. Dr. Prais is dedicated to giving back to his hometown and enjoys the many challenges that dentistry provides. Temecula Valley Cable Car Wine Tours
In May of 2006, Mike and Debbie, the owner-operators of Temecula Valley Cable Car Wine Tours had purchased a motorized 1914 San Francisco cable car. Debbie was reluctant of the purchase because of the shape it was in, but Mike could visualize a restored cable car running through Temecula and he couldn’t wait to restore the car to its former glory! It took over two years to refurbish and fully-restore the cable car to its original conditions, but with a lot of patience, sandpaper, paint, and mechanical parts, the cable car was restored and set off to cruise through the beautiful Temecula wine country. Our San Francisco cable car is the only historical moving monument left in the United States, and even though the cable car is motorized, passengers will experience the feel and essence of San Francisco as they experience Temecula Valley wine country!
