My teaching style incorporates inspiration from many years of studying Ashtanga and various other wonderful styles of yoga including 10 years of Anusara Yoga, Kripalu, Freedom Yoga, Power & Vinyasa & more. My Yoga Basics & Yoga Flow have a moderate to active pace with some challenges and a deluxe relaxation. Yoga Challenge adds more progress on the wilder poses, fun challenges and cardiovascular strengthening. Come experience it for yourself, you'll be glad you did! After creating and running Vista, California’s first yoga studio from 2001-2006, I sold the studio to spend more time with my family. I am honored to serve my students, fellow teachers and community as the Owner & Director of Yoga Branch Studio located at 1241 East Vista Way in Vista, CA. In 1996 to 1997, he served as President of the Association. In 1997 to 1998, John P. O’Connell chaired a Political Action Committee to oppose and defeat Federal Legislation designed to impose an industry surcharge on all cut flower products imported and sold in the United States. Besides the practice of Administrative law relevant to John P. O’Connell’s business and development projects, John P. O’Connell has represented other investment and business groups through the administrative law process of TUPS, CUPS, administration hearings and appeals. From 1999-2005, John P. O’Connell acted as in-house counsel and principal in various commercial projects including real estate development and construction in Orange County, Riverside County, Kern County, San Diego County and Mexico. Other business projects during this period include development of an Automotive Center and Retail Operations throughout Southern California. In 2005, John P. O’Connell went back into private law practice with the opening of offices in South Orange County and Temecula. John P.
