Temecula Lavender Co

The Temecula Lavender Company was born out of an initial love for the herb Lavender; the herb of peace, purification, sleep and longevity. In an effort to incorporate this herb into our daily life, we began creating more and more ways in which to enjoy its healthful and aromatic qualities. The result is a small lavender farm located in the Temecula Wine Country that grows and produces a line of pure, natural and healthful lavender products for the bath, body and home. Our products are always hand crafted in small batches, using pure ingredients without artificial colorants, perfumes or harsh preservatives. We use only the highest grade essential oils and never use fragrances or harmful petroleum products. We are committed to producing products that enhance a healthful way of life. We invite you to experience the allure of this herb and the quality products that it inspires. You can shop at our online store or at our storefront in Old Town Temecula, 28561 Old Town Front Street, Temecula 92590. You can also contact us via email at info@temecula lavenderco.com or by calling 951-676-1931. [read more]

100% Chiropractic - Temecula

ABOUT 100% CHIROPRACTIC 100% Chiropractic is a family of full-service wellness clinics that offer cutting edge chiropractic care, massage therapy, and a full line of supreme quality nutritional supplements. Our incredible doctors, assistants, and therapists care about you (our patient) and your individual health goals; and work directly with you to make sure they turn those goals into a reality. Chiropractic care can help in many areas of our patients’ lives. Some of the care we offer includes Corrective Chiropractic Care, Family Wellness, Personal Injury (Chiropractic Care After An Auto Accident), Prenatal and Pediatric Chiropractic Care, as well as Massage Therapy. At 100% Chiropractic, we don’t just treat pain–we work to educate, inspire, empower, and provide lasting care for our patients to live their lives at their fullest potential. We offer affordable cash plans and accept all insurance, so patients have little reservations. Our rapidly expanding nationwide family has been recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine and Inc5000’s top new franchises (two years in a row!) and patients are taking notice. We offer the chiropractic care families are wanting, and the legendary 100% customer service they deserve. We encourage everyone to truly live life at 100%! DRS. JASON AND VANESSA HELFRICH, D.C.'S Welcome! We are Drs. Jason and Vanessa Helfrich. In 2004 we graduated with honors from the renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic. At that time we loaded up our three boys, Ty, Cael and Alec and moved back home to beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. We both grew up there and love the community! We opened 100% Chiropractic in August 2004 and have been expanding across the nation. We feel so blessed to have met so many wonderful people along the way and now reside in Phoenix, AZ. We have a vision–a vision of a health revolution in this country. The current healthcare model just doesn’t work for prevention and wellness. It’s “sick care” not “health care”, meaning it focuses on treating sickness, not preventing it. Due to our profession’s own doing there are many misconceptions of what chiropractic is. It is our mission to educate the world on what true health is, one patient at a time. We knew before opening our first practice that our life mission is to empower and educate as many people as possible! [read more]

Vedanza Dance Company

Bio - Vera tinoco I started dancing at six years old studying Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary dance. My love for dancing started with dancing at home on my father’s feet. My life goal was to become a MD, but a turn of events guided me to Chemistry. After graduating in Chemistry and earning a PhD in Biochemistry, I travelled the world for scientific conference, while still doing dance performances throughout Europe and Russia. After working many hours in the lab, to blow some steam off I would spend nights at the dance studio. I left Italy in 2008 to move to San Diego to work at UCSD as Biochemist. Although I spend a lot of time studying and working, I also couldn’t let go of my passion for dancing. After integrating into my community, I fell in love with Latin music and dance. After doing experiments in the lab during the day, I spent the nights watching people dance. It took me months to get the courage to go out on the dance floor, but once I did, I was hooked. Throughout the years, I took many lessons and courses and ended up dancing with some of the great dancers of our time. In 2010, I started teaching some classes for fun to share my passion for Latin dance. It was incredible to see how many people shared my excitement and enjoyed my way to teach. After teaching classes for a few years, I had the thought, could I own my own dance company? During one of my classes, I had the luck to meet the man that I would eventually marry and have two wonderful children with. After spending 17 years in different labs all over the world doing research, I choose to have a family and raise my children. At that point I left my science career and with the incredible support of my husband, I made my dream of owning a dance company come true, taking my part-time hobby into a full-time business. That decision allowed me to the flexibility to live life on my own terms. In 2013, I moved my company to North County to build a community for local dancers, by having regular dance classes and dance social events that regularly bring around 150 people to each event. In 2018, I incorporated and currently in the process of finding my own location to add even more classes for the community. Questions, Concerns, Thoughts about Dance -- Contact Us. [read more]

Western Interpreting Network

Our Mission We seek to set an example of excellence in providing the highest quality interpreting services available. As one of the few Deaf-owned interpreting companies, this is more than just our business; it is our responsibility. For our customers, we are committed to ensuring the best value and the best service experience. Your need to communicate effectively is important and we guarantee will send you a professional certified sign language interpreter. For our interpreters, we strive to provide the support you need, the quality teamings you deserve, the most interesting and challenging assignments available, and the fairest compensation around. For our community, our peers, it is our hope that we can ensure your unique communication needs are suitably met, every time, by an ethical and proficient service provider. History WIN was established in 2005. Eric and Moon Feris, both Deaf, decided that the standards for quality and customer service in the interpreting industry needed to be raised. So they established a company to do just that. From this single principle came our Mission. Pursuit of this Mission has led us to where WIN is today. Today, WIN serves both the local community with top-notch in-person services and the entire country in providing Video Remote Interpreting. Why Choose WIN WIN is one of just four interpreting companies in the US that are actually owned and operated by Deaf people. There are about 400 other interpreting companies in the country, but all are owned/operated by hearing people. There actually is a difference! As life-long consumers of interpreting services, Moon and Eric know firsthand the importance of quality service. The day-to-day lives of Deaf people are directly tied to this important communication link to the rest of the world. Deaf people know, based on shared experiences, that WIN is here for their community. Unlike other companies, WIN solicits direct feedback from the Deaf community to ensure that preferences and specific needs are always taken into consideration. We know that there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" interpreter. From a business perspective, using a Deaf-owned agency for your interpreting needs is important. The vast majority of interpreting dollars are spent by business and other entities to comply with disability laws. If a business is going to spend the money, it makes sense to ensure it is spent well and that a return on the investment is realized. With WIN's focus on the Deaf community, companies can be assured that we are looking to ensure effective communication outcomes -- that is what you are investing in. This is one reason why all interpreters we send you will hold nationally-recognized credentials and be bound by a strict ethical code. In addition to that, all WIN interpreters are screened for professionalism, quality, and experience. Unlike our competition, WIN will never send you an inexpert "signer," or a "pre-certified interpreter," or a "mentee," all of which is code for "not a real interpreter." WIN guarantees you an interpreter who has earned the proper credentials. If you are going to be buying interpreting services, you might as well get the best you can. And given that our charges are generally in line with industry standards, you really have no reason to go elsewhere. This passion extends to WIN's interpreters, as well. WIN recognizes interpreters as the professionals they are. Our office staff is the most courteous in the industry. You will always have a supportive and helpful dispatcher to assist you in getting work, getting TO work, and to consider your teaming needs and preferences. WIN's interpreter compensation is among the best and, for those who join our staff, the benefits unparalleled. Though we are a large agency, we retain that "family owned" feel and approach to customer service. We welcome all feedback and comments. [read more]

Tasty Noodle House

We opened Tasty Noodle House with the belief that using fresh and wholesome ingredients from the start makes for the best tasting food. Our dishes are made with just the right blend of Western and Chinese flavors and spices. Johnny Pan, the founder of Tasty Noodle House, credits much of what we serve today to what he learned in his childhood cooking with his mother, a trained and first-rate chef in Shanghai. Ten years ago, we opened our first store in Hacienda Heights with 12 tables and heaps of noodles, pork buns, and some dumplings (of course). We made all our dumplings and buns by hand in our kitchen, and our noodles were made-to-order, fresh, and delivered twice a week by a local noodle company. Our noodles are always fresh, made with eggs, flour, and no artificial flavors or chemicals. Five years later, after a lot of hard work and a bit of luck, we opened four more locations and our own kitchen facility to make consistently delicious buns and dumplings to supply each of our locations daily. We have since grown to 8 locations in Southern California, where we prepare over 100 delicious dishes on our menu, hot and fresh to order. [read more]

Taeho Kwon attended East Carolina University and majored in Commercial Arts, studying Interior Design. His goal was to construct his own designs instead of hiring other builders. To achieve this, he applied for jobs outside of the field and started working on fine carpentry. He also tried to learned everything he could from framing to exteriors, anything that would improve his skills to build his designs. After learning and practicing for 10 years, he decided to take a step further and extend his understanding of joinery. He then traveled to Korea and attended The School of Traditional Korean Architecture, earning a Certificate of Maintenance and Restoration for Korean traditional buildings. He learned to make Buddhist Temples and traditional furniture. Since then, he has spent numerous years gaining experience on the restoration and new construction of traditional Korean houses, as well as temple buildings. He focused on temples because he wanted to improve his knowledge of joinery and the secrets behind making it last for thousands of years. In a temple or a King's Palace building, there are about three times more types of joints involved than in fine furniture building. His plan has been to utilize this advanced joinery in his own furniture design, which is represented in his sitting bench/coffee table and the entry table creation. [read more]
