I love to share my passion for food and having people enjoy it makes me feel good. Since I was very young, I have been taking cooking classes at school or hosting them at home. With my friends, we used to pick fruits from my garden and made a tart or a cake with our bounty. Every summer, I loved to make the raspberry sauce to go with my mom's apple crumble tart. My Mom and Dad hosted a lot of dinners, so I have always been surrounded by good cooking, quality food, and many memorable moments with friends. It was natural for me when I opened my tea shop in Southern France. I selected only the best ingredients, baked them fresh, and shared them with my customers. Our Heritage Our story begins in 1971 along the cobblestone streets of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market.
