In 2018, Dillon passed his real estate agent exam because he wanted a career that would teach him about real estate investing. Little did he know, he would actually love being a real estate agent in and of itself. 5 years later, Dillon is ranked in the Top 1% of real estate agents, helping families across Southern California achieve their real estate goals, running Temecula Valley's fastest growing real estate brokerage, and investing in real estate alongside his best friends who work with him at Abundance Real Estate. Dillon has been a licensed Broker for about 2 years, and has completed about 15 fix-and-flips. Dillon is engaged to Sophia, a schoolteacher who became a full time mom when their daughter Finley was born one year ago. Dillon is passionate about his work. Outside of real estate, his passions are pickleball, playing in the pool with Finley, and spending quality time with his family. Wine Country Trails by Horseback

Owner and operator Diana Lefort set out to establish a unique way for everyone to experience the beauty of Temecula Valley’s Wine Country. The result was Wine Country Trails by Horseback. Diana is a local resident whose passion and more than 3 decades of experience with horses provides a safe, relaxing and memorable experience to all riders. The rides are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and service with experienced and knowledgeable guides that work hard to exceed your expectations. But that's not the whole story... Over the years there has been a dramatic increase in the number of horses abused by their owners. These horses are often abandoned or just turned loose to fend for themselves, usually resulting in starvation and loss of life. Through the assistance of a local veterinarian, Diana has rehabilitated more than 50 horses. Living comfortably on a 20 acre ranch in Temecula Valley, these lovely horses get the treatment and care that they deserve while happily fulfilling a purpose once again. Through your patronage and support we can continue to take in more of these amazing animals. All proceeds are used for feed, medical care, and farrier services. Through natural horsemanship training we can recondition, rehabilitate and retrain these horses to live a healthy and productive life. Our experienced trainers evaluate each and every horse and condition them for touring guests through the vineyards. Every rescue horse will not fit this program. Those that do not are released to carefully selected owners after completing a rigorous interview process. Your support is truly appreciated! Please continue to visit us on a regular basis and share your experience with your friends, family and co-workers! [read more]

Stater Bros. Markets

Our Story Stater Bros. Markets is rooted in the American tradition and proudly celebrates a rich legacy of service to this great nation. Tracing its beginnings back to a small grocery store in Yucaipa, CA, twin brothers and World War II veterans Cleo and Leo Stater purchased the original Stater Bros. Market from W.A. Davis with a $600 down payment. In the midst of the Great Depression, Stater Bros. officially opened for business on August 17, 1936. Headquartered in San Bernardino, CA, Stater Bros. Markets is proudly celebrating 87 years of serving Southern California families. Today, Stater Bros. operates 169 supermarkets in seven counties throughout the area, and has approximately 18,000 employees with annual sales of over $4 billion. Previous Next In 1981, Stater Bros. late Executive Chairman Jack H. Brown, a proud Navy veteran born on Flag Day, took the helm of Stater Bros. Under Brown’s leadership the Company grew to become the largest privately owned Supermarket Chain in Southern California and the largest private employer in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Brown passed away in 2016. Prior to his passing, Brown appointed seasoned supermarket industry executive Pete Van Helden to the position of President and CEO. Van Helden also serves as our chairman of the board. Over the years Stater Bros. has become an iconic Southern California mainstay and trusted household name by consistently providing generations of customers with exceptional quality, everyday low prices, friendly service, fresh product offerings and full-service Meat Departments. The Company has been named amongst the Top 20 companies in the United States to offer exceptional job security for its employees according to a recent report published on Forbes.com. The Company has also been rated as the “best place to shop for groceries” among Full Service Supermarket Chains in Southern California according to a Leading National Consumer Magazine. Additionally, the Company remains steadfast in its commitment to “not just doing business in the community, but being part of the community.” Since 2008, Stater Bros. has contributed more than $80 million in food and funds to countless local organizations that support hunger relief, children’s well-being, education, health, and help for our Nation’s Veterans and active service members. Starbucks

Our Heritage Our story begins in 1971 along the cobblestone streets of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. It was here where Starbucks opened its first store, offering fresh-roasted coffee beans, tea and spices from around the world for our customers to take home. Our name was inspired by the classic tale, “Moby-Dick,” evoking the seafaring tradition of the early coffee traders. Ten years later, a young New Yorker named Howard Schultz would walk through these doors and become captivated with Starbucks coffee from his first sip. After joining the company in 1982, a different cobblestone road would lead him to another discovery. It was on a trip to Milan in 1983 that Howard first experienced Italy’s coffeehouses, and he returned to Seattle inspired to bring the warmth and artistry of its coffee culture to Starbucks. By 1987, we swapped our brown aprons for green ones and embarked on our next chapter as a coffeehouse. Starbucks would soon expand to Chicago and Vancouver, Canada and then on to California, Washington, D.C. and New York. By 1996, we would cross the Pacific to open our first store in Japan, followed by Europe in 1998 and China in 1999. Over the next two decades, we would grow to welcome millions of customers each week and become a part of the fabric of tens of thousands of neighborhoods all around the world. In everything we do, we are always dedicated to Our Mission: With every cup, with every conversation, with every community - we nurture the limitless possibilities of human connection. [read more]

French Valley Swim Academy

Ms. Kris has experienced a drowning firsthand when her niece Jill, age 2.5, was found at the bottom of the deep end in a backyard swimming pool. Because of Jill, she is dedicated to the mission of teaching your children the survival float for non-walkers (babies) and the swim-float-swim sequence to your walker. Ms. Kris will not let your child leave the program until she is completely satisfied that they will be able to handle themselves in an aquatic emergency. Once your child has completed the program, Ms. Kris highly recommends that you enroll them in one of our graduate programs and or/weekly maintenance lessons to keep their skills up. [read more]
