Our story starts with one man. Back in 1954, a man named Ray Kroc discovered a small burger restaurant in California, and wrote the first page of our history. From humble beginnings as a small restaurant, we're proud to have become one of the world's leading food service brands with more than 36,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries. [read more]

The year was 1997. The place, a little town in southern Utah called St. George. A lovely couple named Steve and Patricia Stanley started a restaurant called Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. Cafe Rio served authentic dishes derived from inspired recipes and traditional cooking of Northern Mexico’s Rio Grande region, Southern Texas, and New Mexico. Central to every bite was the belief that every ingredient must be fresh and made fresh to order. And you know what? People loved it. They couldn’t get enough of it. So much so, that one restaurant became six. In 2004, these six little restaurants caught the attention of a fine gentleman named Bob Nilsen. He purchased Cafe Rio from the Stanleys with the idea of spreading the love of making this fresh Mexican food to everyone in and around Utah and beyond. He made sure to keep the mantra of “fresh food, made fresh” at the very core of the brand. No freezers. No microwaves. Nothing premade. Mr. Nilsen has since moved on and a new team of quality-obsessed leaders have taken the wheel. To this day, our staff still begins each day, bright and early, hand-squeezing limes, hand-scooping avocados, chopping fresh vegetables, simmering sauces, and preparing the chef-inspired recipes our fans have come to love. We’re realizing the dream of spreading the love of Cafe Rio Mexican Grill around Utah and beyond. Check out our locations page to find a Cafe Rio near you. [read more]

Hello! My name is Nina :) I’m a professional tattoo artist operating out of Adorn Uptown Body Art in the beautiful Uptown Village neighborhood of Vancouver, WA. Motivated by my deep love for the arts, I studied and completed a degree in Fine Arts before learning to tattoo, and I’ve been tattooing for about 5 years now! I specialize in black and gray realistic/surrealistic tattooing, with occasional bold color accents. Although my focus is on realism most often, I also love to experiment with mixing styles, and many of my pieces have abstract or graphic elements. I absolutely love tattooing, and I consider myself so lucky to have this career, and to get to share my time with the incredible people I meet in the studio everyday. I truly value making connections with my clients, and I feel that tattooing provides an wonderful opportunity to get to know, and be an active part of my community. I’m also so grateful to be a part of a process of self expression which can bring positivity into the relationship that people have with their bodies. My practice is fundamentally rooted in professionalism, cleanliness, and collaborative artistry. I strive for all of my clients to feel safe, to be heard, and to leave with a tattoo that they can be proud of. All skin types and all bodies are welcomed! As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I take particular care to maintain an inclusive environment which respects and accommodates people of different backgrounds, abilities, and identities. I want to do my best to foster a sense of belonging, respect, and dignity for everyone who shares a space with me. Thank you so much for your interest in my art, and I can’t wait to work with you! Our History Some say natural is the new normal – but at Sprouts, there’s nothing new about natural foods! Back in 2002, we opened our first store in an effort to make natural foods accessible to everyone. Up until then, grocers offering fresh, organic choices were either too expensive to shop or too hard to find. We wanted to be different! No more weaving through a maze of narrow aisles without anyone offering to help. No more ingredient lists featuring 40 unpronounceable chemicals. And most of all, no more spending an entire paycheck for food from the honest effort of a farmer – not a factory. To us, being different is good! People thought we were crazy when we wouldn’t sell the country’s top-selling sodas, snacks and candy. But we believed that eating clean and living healthy was more than just a trend. At Sprouts, it’s our passion. And we knew that by focusing on farm-fresh produce and other healthy, affordable items, we could create a grocery experience where you didn’t have to be wealthy to eat healthy! So think of Sprouts as all of the very best parts of a real farmers market under one roof, open every day of the week. With our commitment to value in every department, and knowledgeable and friendly team members, we’re confident that once you shop Sprouts you’ll think different is good too. Today we have grown to more than 380 stores with approximately 31,000 team members. It’s these individuals who are the key to our success. They’re the ones who put good at the heart of everything we do at Sprouts … every day, in every community, with every guest. [read more]
