These experiences inspired Narciso to dedicate his life to helping others navigate the complex path to legal residency and citizenship Narciso earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, all while working full-time to support himself. He then pursued his legal education in San Diego, driven by a passion to serve the immigrant community with compassion and understanding.
