About Us Temecula-Murrieta Professional Property Managers is a full service Temecula, Murrieta and Surrounding areas Residential Property Management company providing professional property management for over 19 years. We are family owned and operated. We specialize in property management and leasing of high end residential properties, houses and condos only. It does not matter whether you are across town or across the country, rest assured your property will be managed as if you are living next door. We handle all of the advertising, property showings to prospective tenants, lease signing appointments and property maintenance issues once the tenant has moved in. All tenants are carefully and thoroughly screened. We run comprehensive credit, eviction and background checks in house for a quick turnaround time in approving a tenant to rent your home. We use our own property management rental agreement that is very detailed and explains what Temecula Murrieta Professional Property Managers expects from our tenants. In the event there are any maintenance issues that arise with your property, we have professionals available to handle any situation. These vendors have been carefully selected due to their reliability and reasonable fees. About the Owner: Julie M. Nafey, Broker-Owner of Temecula-Murrieta Professional Property Managers has been in the business for over 19 years. She graduated from Grossmont High School in La Mesa, CA in 1998. Graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics in 2005. In 2003, Julie joined San Diego Professional Property Managers as the lead property manager. In 2008, Julie became the Branch Property Manager for the Temecula-Murrieta location. In May of 2006, Mike and Debbie, the owner-operators of Temecula Valley Cable Car Wine Tours had purchased a motorized 1914 San Francisco cable car. Debbie was reluctant of the purchase because of the shape it was in, but Mike could visualize a restored cable car running through Temecula and he couldn’t wait to restore the car to its former glory! It took over two years to refurbish and fully-restore the cable car to its original conditions, but with a lot of patience, sandpaper, paint, and mechanical parts, the cable car was restored and set off to cruise through the beautiful Temecula wine country. Our San Francisco cable car is the only historical moving monument left in the United States, and even though the cable car is motorized, passengers will experience the feel and essence of San Francisco as they experience Temecula Valley wine country! Board Source Owner/Founder: Born and raised in the small “funky” beach town, Leucadia CA in North San Diego County. Growing up, Jon surfed daily, skated, rode BMX, and even raced motocross professionally. A dad raising two kids, Jon kept his love for surfing even when times were tough. In 2014-ish Jon was broke and at a crossroads as he phased out of his real estate career. He started buying used surfboards, patching them up, and reselling them after a few sessions. It was fun selling surfboards to friends and neighbors while getting to try out a variety of different models and designs. Present day, Jon dawn patrols every morning with his now adult son and daughter and surfs and travels with his surfer wife, Kira. No longer a one-man show, Jon has recruited some of the best in the surfboard business to handle the day-to-day operations. Welcome Our story begins when founder, Jim Carter, was an eight-year old growing up in Ohio. He would gather seeds from the maple tree outside his home and plant them in his relatives' yards. This was an early indication that Jim loved digging in the earth and watching things grow. In 1981, Jim's father introduced him to a pristine region in Southern California with views for miles of the valley below. Perhaps he reminded Jim of his love for growing things as he encouraged him to purchase 400 acres here, which would later become our award-winning vineyards in the Southern California Temecula Valley. In the mid 1990's Jim was at the movies, watching "A Walk in the Clouds." The classic vineyards that set the scene reminded Jim of his Southern California land. And the story of our Temecula winery resort and spa truly began. Jim analyzed the water, soil and climate. Finding the conditions ideal, he started digging in the earth once more. He planted and nurtured the finest grapes with his own hands and the help of a hard-working team. Expert winemakers joined the team to create the wines that would establish the Temecula winery's reputation. Becoming a vintner inspired another chapter in Jim's story: building South Coast Winery Resort & Spa. Complete with villas, a restaurant and a spa situated in the middle of 63 acres, his story continues to grow, much like the vines he first planted. As Jim tells it, "I wanted to share the complete wine country experience. Guests not only enjoy the finest wines paired with the finest foods, but they stay in a private villa right in the middle of a vineyard. We are Temecula Valley's only full-service winery-resort that gives them a glimpse of our lifestyle in one of the most beautiful places in Southern California." It's Jim Carter's unbridled spirit of adventure that has allowed his Southern California Temecula Valley winery resort to garner over 3,000 distinguished awards and medals for the grapes it's grown and wine it's produced.
