As a professional catering company the owner, Ronny Tompot, expressed that he noticed there aren't many rehearsal dinner spaces in Temecula and the places that are generally suggested have minimums and lack an interest in offering a space for people to unwind (Keyword) with their loved ones. Since we already recognized what the nook was forming into for our cafe guests we wanted to offer a space that would open solely for a private event, dinner rehearsal, corporate events, etc. after our cafe closes at 3p.
