After a few years of having solar panels installed on my home, I noticed a decrease in production and at the end of the year, the true-up bill was higher than expected. I then decided to go up on my roof and realized the panels were very dirty! At this point, I contacted the solar company that installed my solar system to have them cleaned. Our culture is a mixture of our heritage (Peruvian, Mexican, Puerto Rican) and our upbringing (Californian) and we like to share that with our community through pastries. At Sweet Story Company, our mission is to be more than just a local bakery – we are a bridge that connects our community to the rich tapestry of Latin American culture through the universal language of food.
