About Us Temecula-Murrieta Professional Property Managers is a full service Temecula, Murrieta and Surrounding areas Residential Property Management company providing professional property management for over 19 years. We are family owned and operated. We specialize in property management and leasing of high end residential properties, houses and condos only. It does not matter whether you are across town or across the country, rest assured your property will be managed as if you are living next door. We handle all of the advertising, property showings to prospective tenants, lease signing appointments and property maintenance issues once the tenant has moved in. All tenants are carefully and thoroughly screened. We run comprehensive credit, eviction and background checks in house for a quick turnaround time in approving a tenant to rent your home. We use our own property management rental agreement that is very detailed and explains what Temecula Murrieta Professional Property Managers expects from our tenants. In the event there are any maintenance issues that arise with your property, we have professionals available to handle any situation. These vendors have been carefully selected due to their reliability and reasonable fees. About the Owner: Julie M. Nafey, Broker-Owner of Temecula-Murrieta Professional Property Managers has been in the business for over 19 years. She graduated from Grossmont High School in La Mesa, CA in 1998. Graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics in 2005. In 2003, Julie joined San Diego Professional Property Managers as the lead property manager. In 2008, Julie became the Branch Property Manager for the Temecula-Murrieta location.
