The Kilted Cake was founded in November 2012 by owners Josh & Vanessa Holtkamp. Vanessa has been a longtime baker of cakes, cookies, and all things sweet, but decided to take things to the next level when she began working at Pila's Pantry, our former store. After working for Pila's for several years, Vanessa and her husband Josh realized a passion and joy working in this industry and took the plunge in purchasing the shop. And so, The Kilted Cake was born!
