Dr. Whitney Boulton is a born and raised Californian with a passion for outdoor activities, travel, live music, and geeking out about anatomy. Her undergraduate studies earned her a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of Redlands. In grad school, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating top of her class, Suma Cumlade, from Life Chiropractic College West. Along her educational journey she has taken two, 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, the first with Troy McPeak in Unified Yoga, and the second with Kelley Doyle in Prana Vinyasa. Through her ten plus year journey, she has gotten to experience the benefit that a weekly yoga practice provides on, and off, a mat. This experience has been so profound that she has created her dream practice around blending her two passions, chiropractic and yoga. Dr. Whitney has long seen the need for our current healthcare system to take on a preventative approach, rather than reactionary. She recognizes the importance of western Medicine and is striving to find a better balance between health care professionals. It is her core belief that healing takes a team, and that there is no “one way” to help a person. Rather, her dream is to have many healers collaborating together.
