In the months following the opening of our new cafe, we redecorated and created the place of our dreams: charming, cozy, and casual. Somewhere that WE would like to hang out, where we could share a meal, conversation, and a bottle of wine . Thus was born "the Nook". While our customers would wait, we witnessed them unwinding and taking a moment for 'themselves'. This was when we knew we had just birthed the Nook. As we continued to develop the concept of the nook one evident topic that kept coming up was the importance of offering a space for people to relax, rejuvenate, and take some time for themselves. As a professional catering company the owner, Ronny Tompot, expressed that he noticed there aren't many rehearsal dinner spaces in Temecula and the places that are generally suggested have minimums and lack an interest in offering a space for people to unwind (Keyword) with their loved ones.
