We help you with all aspects of setting up a credible business foundation and building your corporate credit profile. We help you build credit for your Employer Identification Number(EIN). This is not attached to you personally and is not reliant on your personal credit. Plus, we help you access financing and credit lines through our extensive network of alternative lenders and investors. These funds are lent based on your business strengths, unlike conventional bank financing. This makes it easier to get approved even when the big banks say “no”. One of our clients recently received approvals for unsecured business credit lines totaling $45,000 allowing them to improve their marketing and build their client base. All of these lines will be reported to the business credit agencies. This helps to build their corporate credit profile and they will soon be in a position for lines ups to $150,000 or more. We help small business owners and startup entrepreneurs build and grow their business credit profiles. We offer a monthly membership “Complete Business Credit” to achieve a solid credit foundation and position them for higher-limit financing opportunities. [read more]

An Idea to Meet a Need Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, widespread need existed for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis. U-Haul co-founders L.S. "Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it. Their visionary approach spread the cost of ownership among many users, facilitating the mobility of the populations of the U.S. and Canada. [read more]

What inspired me to become a florist was as I've always loved flowers from grandmother's garden to my mothers flower gardens. As to looking at beautiful floral arrangements in magazine I felt I could do that, four decades later enjoying what I do and sharing beauty with others. Our number one key point is customer service, communication is very important on all our orders. Also the quality and freshness of our flowers and, having a unique variety of flowers. We take pride in artistically designing what our customers request for. We always give 100% on whatever we do. Our family is our team, from our daughters, to our son , In-laws, to very special friends. [read more]

In December 2017, we opened our doors here in the Temecula Valley. After having success at our sister restaurant, 1909 (a gastropub located in Old Town Temecula), we decided to take on a fun and new adventure in the breakfast world creating made-from-scratch dishes and offering local coffees & teas, craft beer and unique cocktails. We wanted to create a fun atmosphere that people can gather and enjoy themselves, sip on a coffee or cocktail and enjoy some good brunch all week long! Toast is a family affair to say the least! All furniture is built by the owners, the paintings on the walls are painted by staff members of 1909 & Toast, decor designed by the owners and menus designed by our long term team members! Our Story We are a mall-based specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories operating under the Zumiez brand name. We operate stores primarily located in shopping malls, and have a presence in the United States, Canada, and Europe. We were founded in 1978, originally under the name “Above the Belt” by Thomas D. Campion, our Chairman. Our current CEO, Richard M. Brooks joined us as Chief Financial Officer in 1993. Our stores cater to young men and women between the ages of 12 and 25 who seek popular brands representing a lifestyle centered on activities that include skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, BMX and motocross. We support the action sports lifestyle and promote our brand through a multi-faceted marketing approach that is designed to integrate our brand image with our customers' activities and interests. This approach combined with our differentiated merchandising strategy, focus on an omni-channel purchasing process, store design, comprehensive training programs and passionate employees, allows us to provide an experience for our customers that we believe is consistent with their attitudes, fashion tastes and identities and is otherwise unavailable in most malls. Our stores bring the look and feel of an independent specialty shop to the mall by emphasizing the action sports lifestyle through a distinctive store environment and high-energy sales personnel. We seek to staff our stores with store associates who are knowledgeable users of our products, which we believe provides our customers with enhanced customer service and supplements our ability to identify and react quickly to emerging trends and fashions. We design our stores to appeal to teenagers and to serve as a destination for our customers. Most of our stores, which average approximately 2,900 square feet, feature couches and action sports-oriented video game stations that are intended to encourage our customers to shop for longer periods of time and to interact with each other and our store associates. To increase customer traffic, we generally locate our stores near busy areas of the mall such as food courts, movie theaters, music or game stores and other popular teen retailers. We believe that our distinctive store concept and compelling store economics will provide continued opportunities for growth in both new and existing markets. [read more]

HOW I GOT STARTED IN THE FLORAL INDUSTRY Lucky for me, I grew up with a Grandmother that owned one of the oldest & well known Flower shops in the South Bay Area. She also believed firmly in child labor LOL. Needless to say I was blessed at a very early age with a life long creative gift & priceless valuable knowledge in the flower industry <3. By the age of 8 I had big dreams of being a Lawyer. In my 8 year old mind I imagined myself litigating in court well. As a child I thought I had it all figured out hahaha. Throughout the years I was subjected to child labor, I truly grew to love flowers and being creative (not to mention law school is outrageously expensive!). At the age of 19, I convinced my Grandmother to retire and sell her shop to me ("Carson Florist and Gifts" located in Carson, CA). After several years of owning a retail flower shop, I decided to relocate to the Temecula Valley area. I wanted to start raising a family and let's be honest the cost of living is an huge plus compared to Los Angeles county. As soon as my children hit school age I created Sweet Stems Florist. I wanted to specialize specifically in designing for Events. I prefer and enjoy the Event side of floral design so much more vs the storefront retail side. As an Event Florist I feel like I am able to provide a more personalized experience to each of my clients. The Services that I offer will stand out above others in my industry because I strive for excellent quality and affordability for my clients. I take great pride in my artistic creativity and the quality of product I offer to my customers. My job is to provide my couples with a stress free, gorgeous, special day while executing their dream visions to my fullest ability. My goal is to exceed all of my clients expectations they have based on the inspiration photos they provide me with from Pinterest! [read more]
