His father’s eventual residency not only allowed for a joyous reunion with his grandmother in Oaxaca after 20 years apart but also opened doors for better job opportunities and the freedom to live without fear. These experiences inspired Narciso to dedicate his life to helping others navigate the complex path to legal residency and citizenship Narciso earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, all while working full-time to support himself. He then pursued his legal education in San Diego, driven by a passion to serve the immigrant community with compassion and understanding. Since joining the California Bar in 2011, Narciso has passionately represented clients, focusing on addressing the injustices faced by undocumented immigrants, particularly in cases involving labor abuse and modern slavery under the T visa. It was here where Starbucks opened its first store, offering fresh-roasted coffee beans, tea and spices from around the world for our customers to take home.
