My teaching style incorporates inspiration from many years of studying Ashtanga and various other wonderful styles of yoga including 10 years of Anusara Yoga, Kripalu, Freedom Yoga, Power & Vinyasa & more. My Yoga Basics & Yoga Flow have a moderate to active pace with some challenges and a deluxe relaxation. Yoga Challenge adds more progress on the wilder poses, fun challenges and cardiovascular strengthening. Come experience it for yourself, you'll be glad you did! After creating and running Vista, California’s first yoga studio from 2001-2006, I sold the studio to spend more time with my family. I am honored to serve my students, fellow teachers and community as the Owner & Director of Yoga Branch Studio located at 1241 East Vista Way in Vista, CA.
