Who we are… The Mission of the Temecula Valley Players is to entertain, enrich, and educate our community and surrounding communities, especially our youth, through exceptional theatrical performance, education and appreciation for and of the arts in theatre. The Temecula Valley Players have been entertaining the Temecula Valley for over 40 years. TVP has been a resident theater company at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater since it opened in 2005. TVP presents award-winning productions every season with shows like: In the Heights, All Shook Up, Hairspray, Mamma Mia, A Christmas Carol, and Annie. The Temecula Valley Players continue to strive for that same excellence with each and every show and we thank all of you who support our productions by participating in them, attending them, and spreading the word of your enjoyment! Over the last 40 seasons, Temecula Valley Players has earned much critical acclaim with several Inland Theatre League nominations & winners. As an example, our 2018-2019 season garnered 24 ITL Nominations and 16 Awards while our most recent full 2019-2020 season achieved 19 Awards out of 26 Nominations. The health and safety of our passengers is our highest priority. We take pride in our perfect safety record and our aircraft and vehicles are maintained according to all federal and local guidelines. We don't work with daily deal or sale sites for our tours, as our prices are as low as possible while maintaining and exceeding all safety and insurance protocols. All our balloon equipment is FAA Certified and meticulously inspected by an FAA approved repair station. In addition to ongoing balloon maintenance, our balloons are inspected daily as part of our daily flight operations. On a typical day, locals can look to the sky in the early morning to see 10 to 20 balloons overhead. My name is Gustavo Peker and I am the owner of Del Mar Watch and Clock Repair in San Clemente. A little background about me, I’m a native of Argentina where I learned watch repair and watch making since an early age shadowing my father, Jacobo, a master watch maker who founded in Buenos Aires the only watch making school of South America at the time. “My father, Jacobo, helped me so much, and taught me everything I know, and everything I have is because of him, and so my wish is to honor his memory by continuing my trade in watch making.” The watch repair business isn’t what it used to be because of disposable watches – “we change a lot more batteries these days” – but there is still a call for my skills as we still do a lot of repair work on old watches with sentimental value for their owners. We keep hundreds of watches that we use only for parts, since many watches we see are not made anymore. When we can’t find an original part or fashion something from a similar part, we can make it from scratch. Working with the tiniest of screws, some smaller than the head of a common ant, We ca repair six to eight watches a day. Our clientele it’s mostly from the San Clemente area but we also serve customers with unique time pieces from all around the country. “They know what they are doing here and they are fast – they’re old school for sure,” said Phyllis Nelson of San Clemente, a frequent customer.
