In December 2017, we opened our doors here in the Temecula Valley. After having success at our sister restaurant, 1909 (a gastropub located in Old Town Temecula), we decided to take on a fun and new adventure in the breakfast world creating made-from-scratch dishes and offering local coffees & teas, craft beer and unique cocktails. All our balloon equipment is FAA Certified and meticulously inspected by an FAA approved repair station. In addition to ongoing balloon maintenance, our balloons are inspected daily as part of our daily flight operations. On a typical day, locals can look to the sky in the early morning to see 10 to 20 balloons overhead.
