Sunshine Health Massage
Our massage treatments are based on the natural science of the human body and the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition we have incorporated complementary therapies, including Yoga and Meditation.
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is thousands of years old and has changed little over the centuries. Its basic concept is that a vital force of life, called Qi, surges through the body in pathways called meridians. Any imbalance to Qi can cause disease and illness.
Massage helps to maintain the balance of Qi in the meridians in the body, and awaken the body’s self-healing ability, and enhance physical fitness, and restore natural health.
Sunshine Health offers natural health treatments suitable for most people.
Our massage therapies include the following:
Swedish Massage - Gentle massage to relieve tense muscles and provide relaxation.
Thai Yoga Massage - Also referred to as Thai Massage, or assisted Yoga Massage. Yoga massage is a form of bodywork that combines dynamic assisted stretching influenced by Yoga, and physical pressure along energy lines influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is performed lying down, the therapist helps stretch the body’s muscles and ligaments.
Deep Tissue Massage. Based on traditional Chinese Massage theory, and sometimes called Shiatsu, or myofascial release, deep tissue massage opens stiff muscles and ligaments to unblock the meridians of Qi to relieve pain. Also helpful in neck, shoulder, leg, waist

I get asked all the time how I got started grinding camshafts and building engines. I learned my love of grinding camshafts from my dad, legendary Drag Racing Hall of Famer H. Bruce Crower. As a kid I knew I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps as soon as he started teaching me about engines. I’ve spent the last two decades grinding camshafts, building engines and testing in order to come up with the best camshaft grinds to meet my customers’ demands. We couldn’t be where we are now without working across the board with many different types of racing applications. Working with different engine configurations, engine builders and race series during the last 20+ years has helped me to develop a catalog of camshaft masters that can be applied to almost any camshaft for almost any four-stroke configuration. This catalog of masters has helped grow our product line to include Automotive, Off Road, Marine, Motorcycle, ATV, UTV and Custom ground camshafts. With over 130 of our own camshaft part numbers we usually have a camshaft to meet any customers’ needs. My name is Gustavo Peker and I am the owner of Del Mar Watch and Clock Repair in San Clemente. A little background about me, I’m a native of Argentina where I learned watch repair and watch making since an early age shadowing my father, Jacobo, a master watch maker who founded in Buenos Aires the only watch making school of South America at the time.
“My father, Jacobo, helped me so much, and taught me everything I know, and everything I have is because of him, and so my wish is to honor his memory by continuing my trade in watch making.”
The watch repair business isn’t what it used to be because of disposable watches – “we change a lot more batteries these days” – but there is still a call for my skills as we still do a lot of repair work on old watches with sentimental value for their owners.
We keep hundreds of watches that we use only for parts, since many watches we see are not made anymore. When we can’t find an original part or fashion something from a similar part, we can make it from scratch. Working with the tiniest of screws, some smaller than the head of a common ant, We ca repair six to eight watches a day. Our clientele it’s mostly from the San Clemente area but we also serve customers with unique time pieces from all around the country.
