Get to Know Joe
Getting to know Joe is easy with his optimistic and carefree attitude. He is passionate about many things. Hunting and fishing are at the top of his list. Bow hunting for elk is a once in a lifetime adventure that he gets to participate in every fall in the beautiful mountains of Idaho.
Football is a close second. After participating for 10 years Joe began coaching his Son’s youth teams. Then in a moment of fate he met Crit, a highly successful college football official. As his mentor Crit started Joe down an officiating career that spanned 28 years (retired). If there was a game to be played at any level Joe wanted to work it. Youth, High school, college, semi pro, and indoor arena football.
Helping others is the most rewarding part of his life. Serving on many Boards of Directors of nonprofit organizations, including his local church,has been an honor.
Being an entrepreneur is a real privilege. Working daily with his amazing wife and partner Veronica, is a dream come true.

Growing up on a farm in a small town in Idaho, Veronica learned the value of hard work at an early age. Honesty, Integrity, and helping in the community were a way of life.
We have worked diligently to ensure these values are practiced daily in our business.
Veronica has a passion for learning. Reading multiple books and viewing video presentations daily. Striving to improve herself is one of her top priorities. She has an accounting degree and is a Federally licensed Enrolled Agent. Certified to represent taxpayers in all 50 States by the IRS. Specialized certifications include CTRS certified tax resolution specialist.
Over the past several years this knowledge, and over 20 years of experience, has gained Her recognition from her peers. Frequently speaking at tax conferences. She has also authored several books that will be published shortly.

Toasted Corks Wine Tours
Hi, we are Toasted Tours, previous Toasted Corks!
Actually we are just Kevin & Kayla, but Toasted Tours is our thing. We have been married for 13 years, have 3 kids, and have lived in Temecula since 2017.
I (Kevin) will speak for Kayla since she isn’t here to defend herself and she doesn’t manage the website, so I can write whatever I want 😘.
Kayla is a walking representation of all that makes life sweet. She is a very authentic person and wears her heart on her sleeve. Her poker face is for the birds. She is so real. Warm and loving and beautiful in so many ways, she loves to connect with people and can take about 30 minutes (or .78 glasses of Sauv Blanc) to let her guard down, but when she does she lights up a room the way she lights up my life. I love her forever. A few months pre-Covid I asked for her support to take a different direction in our lives and she has stuck by me, though I have tested her far past the bounds of prudence.
Kayla manages our inquiries, social media, general admin, and anything she damn well sees fit (speaking of which, I promise I’m getting to the benches babe). She is the host on Semi Toasted tours, so if we are lucky enough to earn your business you will know her well. Kayla, thank you for filling my life with the endless joy of you.
Concerning the other member of the Toasted Corks team (me), I’ll describe him as… a profound pain in the you-know-what. No sugarcoat. Stubborn as a retirement age mule, gleefully nonconformist, he is compulsively trying to reinvent the wheel when the wheels we have are just fine. That may be a tad harsh… I’m not all bad. I do love to innovate and when I have an idea that lights the fires of inspiration, I get going and press on until I see it through. Thus an 18 wheeler trailer project that was sheer brutality.
I drive the trailer bus, manage the executive aspects of the business, act as the sole grease monkey, and try to make it look like I know what I’m doing.
The trailer bus was an idea I had to take an extremely developed, hyper practical logistics platform and tweak if for my purposes to transport people. It gives me redundancy against mechanical failures, flexibility for emissions regulations in CA, in my opinion actually contributes to passenger safety, and ends up being pretty neat for wine tours if I may say so myself.
We love Temecula. We are blessed to make a living soaking up the little things that make it lovely, like our hot summer days in the vineyards with a chilled Pinot Grigio, the smell of rich earth on that consistent late afternoon breeze, and the laughter of happy, social people bubbling up around us.
We think of Toasted Corks as a reflection of our personal values. What matters to us is spending time with our loved ones, working on unusual projects that we find intriguing, making friends, and participating in a community that cares for its members.
So thanks to all of you who have supported this little mom and pop operation. Thanks for giving us a home. Cheers!

Who we are…
The Mission of the Temecula Valley Players is to entertain, enrich, and educate our community and surrounding communities, especially our youth, through exceptional theatrical performance, education and appreciation for and of the arts in theatre.
The Temecula Valley Players have been entertaining the Temecula Valley for over 40 years. TVP has been a resident theater company at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater since it opened in 2005.
TVP presents award-winning productions every season with shows like: In the Heights, All Shook Up, Hairspray, Mamma Mia, A Christmas Carol, and Annie. The Temecula Valley Players continue to strive for that same excellence with each and every show and we thank all of you who support our productions by participating in them, attending them, and spreading the word of your enjoyment!
Over the last 40 seasons, Temecula Valley Players has earned much critical acclaim with several Inland Theatre League nominations & winners. As an example, our 2018-2019 season garnered 24 ITL Nominations and 16 Awards while our most recent full 2019-2020 season achieved 19 Awards out of 26 Nominations. The founder of Very Berry Yogurt began their journey in 2009 by crafting handmade jewelry, ceramic pieces, and doll clothing. In 2019, their creativity took a new direction, leading them to design stunning rose bears.
