About Us Our slogan is "Quality materials, expert installation, and value pricing" We are a full-service flooring retailer. Our main clientele is the large retirement community of Sun City. Seniors are often looked at as easy targets by some who are looking to make a quick sale, and that has made many in the community wary of doing business with anyone that uses high-pressure tactics. We try to cultivate our place in the community as a provider for their flooring needs now and in the future, and not in pursuit of a quick, one-time transaction. Customers shop with us because they are in need of some variant of flooring. Our knowledge of the industry and the products we have available give us a real leg-up against our competitors. I have been in the orbit of this industry my entire life, and my father has been in flooring for going on 40 years. We started the business in the summer of 2008. Most will agree that year was probably the least hospitable year in memory for commercial enterprise. Ours was a genesis of necessity; flooring stores were closing everywhere, and, as a flooring contractor, we needed to generate business any way we could. The first few years were very rough. Weeks would go by when we saw only a handful of customers walk through our doors. As we generated more and more of a foothold in the local community, we started to receive references from previous clients, and that got us through the tumultuous economy into which we first opened our doors. Our Staff: Bruce Miller - Owner - Production tile contractor - Residential tile contractor - Retail flooring sales Robert Miller - Installations Manager - Tile and flooring contractor Lonney Duckworth - Sales - Carpet and flooring contractor - Retail flooring sales We are located on Bradley Rd two doors down from H&R Block and directly across the street from McDonald's. Areas we service include: Sun City, CA, Menifee, CA, Perris, CA, Canyon Lake, CA, Lake Elsinore, CA, Murrieta, CA, Temecula, CA, Wildomar, CA, Hemet, CA, San Jacinto, CA, Riverside, CA, Corona, CA, Moreno Valley, CA The below are types of flooring particularly suited to the climate in our area. The most popular type of flooring suited to the climate Porcelain tile and waterproof laminate. Hardwood is a pain on concrete slabs. Carpet is still holding its own. [read more]

The Old WestHistoric Temecula Hotel Straight out of the Old West, the historic Hotel Temecula presents an unbroken connection with the history of Temecula. The hotel showcases museum quality artifacts tracing that history. All the hotel’s historic guest rooms are located on the second floor, where there also is one shared Gentlemans Room with 2 showers, and one shared Ladies Room with 2 showers. Old TownA Little Background The original Hotel opened the same year the Southern California Railroad first arrived in the Temecula Valley. It was built on this site in 1883 by R.J. and Mary Jane Welty. The second of the two hotels was rebuilt on this site after the first hotel was destroyed by fire in 1891. The present building was erected that same year. Both hotels were owned and operated by the Welty family for over thirty years. Later, owner Grace LeClare operated it as both an apartment house and hotel. It was purchased in 1960 by local historian Horace Parker and his wife Leverne who owned the hotel until 2014. The year it was purchased by the Beck Brothers. Only the third time since 1883 that ownership has changed hands.
