The Circle Oak Ranch has a great family history! Circle Oak Ranch began as bare land that was purchased in the early 1970s by Ron’s parents (Ron & his wife, Jennifer, own & operate the ranch today!). As a child, Ron & his family spent weekends and summers at the ranch as they slowly constructed the buildings that exist on the property today. Throughout Ron’s childhood, the family ranch was a retreat from their busy weekday lives in Garden Grove, CA. The property was named Circle Oak Ranch due to the many oak trees that circle the field where the grand ceremony oak stands today. Vince's Spaghetti Express
Vince’s Spaghetti restaurants are the only restaurants for Real Italian Spaghetti. When Vince’s Spaghetti first opened in Ontario, California in September 1945; it was a simple, six stool, open air restaurant without a kitchen. Back then, Grandma Rose prepared all of the food in her kitchen 50 yards away and hand carried it to the customers. The original Vince’s Spaghetti was located on Highway 70-99, which was the main road to Palm Springs at the time. The business was run by three brothers and their wives. By 1968, Vince’s was billed as the largest spaghetti restaurant west of the Mississippi River (with a kitchen!), seating more than 400 people. Today, because of your patronage, we’ve grown to 3 locations, all family owned and operated, still serving Grandma Rose’s original recipes. The Temecula location is an Express specializing in serving the community the original recipes as our historic first location yet ready for your both for Dine-In and for Drive-Thru.
