Since we met in our 20’s, decades ago, my husband and I have lived the healthy, adventurous, entrepreneurial California lifestyle. After careers in real estate and wholesaling, for over a decade now we’ve devoted our finances, energy and time to tea. We are loose tea fanatics. We don’t just like it..we’re passionate about it! The tea adventure started for me in the early 2000′s when I began to study tea and source and develop relationships with some of the finest growers, importers and blenders in the world. A partner and I cofounded a retail tea company in 2004, which eventually opened 3 stores in Southern California resort areas. In 2008, my husband and I became partners in a retail tea store called California Tea & Coffee Brewery in the Wine Country of Southern California, which we operated until December of 2012.
